3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices listed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3.2 Payment for orders can be made in full at the time of placing the order using one of our accepted payment methods, or upon delivery through cash on delivery (COD).
3.3 For cash on delivery orders, payment must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) to the delivery agent at the time of receiving the order.
3.4 We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We offer shipping services within Sri Lanka only.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We accept returns of products for exchange within 02 days of receipt, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
5.2 If you would like to exchange your skincare product for a different variant or item of equal value, simply contact our customer service team within 2 days days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process and arrange for the return and replacement of your item.
5.3 Refunds will be only accomodated due to an error on our part or a defective product. If you prefer a refund for your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
